Call for PapersAll participants are invited to contribute to the scientific program. Authors may indicate their preference for Symposium, Course, Workshop, Oral Presentation, Poster Presentation, or Recent Research Presentation (oral/poster). The Scientific Committee will review all submitted proposals and make the final decision.
Authors of accepted abstracts will receive notification of acceptance, together with information regarding their presentation. All accepted abstracts will be printed in an abstract book and on CD, which will be available at the congress site.
General Instructions
Abstracts should be submitted in English and not exceed 250 words.
Abstracts should be submitted online through www.iacapap2008.org web page to the scientific secretariat.
First line of the abstract will include the title, in “sentence case” format.
Second line will include full names of all the authors.
Third line will include the institutional address (es) of author(s)
The presenting/corresponding author’s full name, mailing address and e-mail address should be typed at the end of each abstract.
Please do not use abbreviations in the title. Standard abbreviations may be used within the text.
At least one author of each presentation, oral, poster or recent research, should be registered. Otherwise the abstracts will not be accepted and published.
Registration for the presenting author does not cover the registration of the other authors mentioned in the paper.
Please remember that the abstracts will be printed as submitted.
Instructions for Poster PresentationsPosters should be displayed at the allocated place, date and time.
Posters should be approximately 70 cm in width and 100 cm in height.
Posters must be legible from a distance of about 1 m.
Please indicate the title, name(s) of author(s), institutional address (es) of author(s). The title should be written in capital letters of 2.5 cm.
The authors should be present by their posters at the scheduled time. Discussion will be carried out in front of the posters.
